• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your purchase. This does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
•  If an order is canceled or modified after payment, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

Payments

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

• Citified Luxe only processes returns or refunds for products that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must report it within three (3) days of receiving your order by emailing info@citified.luxe with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.
• Once we receive your report, our team will carefully assess the situation to determine whether a refund or store credit is applicable.
• Refunds or store credits will only be issued after confirmation that the product was indeed faulty or damaged upon receipt.
• Claims made after three (3) days of product delivery will not be eligible for any refund, exchange, or store credit.
